Delicate, High-Quality Lace Loved by Customers Worldwide

We have a proven track record of supplying our lace to many famous brands both in Japan and internationally. Our lace is characterized by the meticulous finish and delicacy unique to Japanese manufacturers. We primarily offer Made in Japan lace, a collection we can deliver with confidence in its quality.

Embroidery Laces (Tulle, Chemical, Cotton Lace)

We offer a wide variety of designs, from narrow widths of less than 1cm to wide widths of about 100cm, featuring floral patterns, geometric motifs, and more. Our rare antique-style items, created on vintage machines imported from Europe, are also gaining attention. Modern lace looms, mainly used overseas, operate at high speeds to increase productivity, which requires strong, thick yarns like polyester to prevent breakage. In contrast, the older looms used to make our lace operate slowly, allowing us to use soft, fine cotton threads to create a delicate and soft texture.

The process of translating a design drawing into an actual lace pattern (determining where the needle goes) is called “punching.” The technique of punching even complex patterns in a single, continuous motion is truly a craft, and the final quality of the lace pattern is greatly influenced by the quality of this punching and the thread used. Antique lace embroidered in Europe centuries ago expressed delicate and graceful patterns using ultra-fine threads available only at that time and processes that are nearly impossible to replicate today. A major theme for us is how to achieve such a finish with modern threads and embroidery techniques.

Torchon Laces

We offer a wide range, from narrow widths of less than 1cm to over 10cm, including standard floral, scalloped, and geometric patterns, as well as fringes and multi-colored designs. There are basically no restrictions on the pattern pitch (repeat width). We can also propose laces using materials that have recently gained attention, such as organic cotton, wood yarn processed from thinned wood, and recycled raw materials.
